The tour should not(!) be done alone. There is a section where you have to carry your bike. It goes steeply down over slippery stones, through a small stream and steeply up again. There is a warning shortly before ⚠️ not to cross this area or very carefully when it is wet. I was very surprised. But the ride and the view is great.

Be careful, this trail can be tricky with touring bikes and luggage. We had to push our bikes steeply down, across, and back up again over scree at a stream, including unloading.
At Drei Annen (Waldheim, not Hohne), a construction site posed an obstacle, but it was easy to push around. Otherwise, the terrain was sometimes difficult, more recommended for mountain bikes.
