Hiking
The national park stretches from Vienna to the mouth of the March at the state border with Slovakia. With a total length of 38 kilometers, the National Park measures at its widest point barely four kilometers, because the floodplains are only found near the river. The Lobau area is a traditional recreational area, especially for the Viennese population.
