Cycling

The Eversen memorial is a monument made of boulders with three bronze nameplates. It commemorates the community's fallen soldiers of both World Wars. An Iron Cross with laurel wreaths and crossed swords is engraved on the top boulder, above which are the admonishing words: "Do not forget the dearly departed." The central plaque is dedicated to the First World War with the inscription: "Died a heroic death for the fatherland (names of the fallen soldiers). Dedicated by the grateful community of Eversen."
