With the ferry to the island of Hiddensee.
We drove from Schaprode directly to Vitte.
It is advisable to take the first ferry if you only stay on the island for one day. We were able to have a small breakfast on the ferry.
Bringing bicycles is not a problem.
There are also several stations on Hiddensee where you can rent bikes.
At the entrance to Schaprode there is a large car park where we could park the car all day for just € 2.
We will make the next trip to Hiddensee from Schaprode again.

Tickets can be purchased directly at the ferry terminal if they have not yet been purchased online. And for anyone who needs cash, there is also an ATM that is freely accessible at all times.
