The Waldheide is a large clearing in the middle of the Heilbronn city forest, which is ideal for hiking, running and cycling. The northern part of the Waldheide (from the Schafweg) is a "natural monument and priority zone for nature conservation", where you are only allowed to use official paths. In the southern part of the forest heather you can also walk across the clearing and enjoy the many beautiful flowers in summer. The point marked with this highlight on the map describes the parking lot and the main access side to the Waldheide.
