Road cycling

The ascent is particularly good in summer on hot, sunny days, as from the end of Auerbach you are constantly driving through dense deciduous forest, which mostly provides good shade and fresh air while climbing. The same applies to the direct ascent to the Melibokus, as you mostly drive on the northern slope of the Melibokus. The view at the top is a reward for the tough climb and the effort!
