The monastery bridge was destroyed several times in its history by Neisse floods, most recently the bridge was torn away, together with the bridge figure, before it was destroyed by the Wehrmacht in 1945 in 1897. The statue of St. Nepomuk was only found three years later in the Neißesand and is now in the monastery courtyard. At that time, within 2 years, a new stone arch bridge was built.
