Perticara (Pertichèra in Perticarese dialect or Pargaia in the local nickname) is a fraction of about 800 inhabitants belonging to the municipality of Novafeltria, in the province of Rimini, in the Emilia-Romagna region. It is located at 650 m a.s.l. and is dominated by the rocky massif of Monte Aquilone (883 m a.s.l.). The town is known for its large sulfur mine, closed in 1964 of which the Sulfur museum remains today.
