The farm shop is open every Saturday, Sunday and public holiday from 2 to 5 p.m. - Please ring the bell in the winter months! Our tours take place from spring to autumn on Sundays and public holidays. If the weather is too bad, such as heavy rain, there will be no guided tour!

It is always worth stopping by here, seeing these majestic animals. I always asked myself: who is watching whom here?

The ostrich farm is becoming increasingly popular. The birds, the farm shop, the guided tours are in demand and a number of information boards nearby point out the historical background in this area: Finds from the New Stone Age, the ship path, the watch tower, everything in a short distance.

Great view! The farm does not always stand up. On the guided tours there is a lot to learn about ostriches!

On a clear day you have in the northern direction a very nice view to Frankfurt, Taunus, Feldberg and in the eastern direction to Aschaffenburg, Spessart, Johannesberg. Photo camera with large zoom is recommended.

The Wartturm is not far from here. Located on the other side of Mosbacher Straße. Can you drive from one to the other very fast.

The ostrich farm is on the Höhenweg and has bitterly fantastic views over the Bachgau to the Odenwald, Spessart, Hahnenkamm and Taunus. Frankfurt, Offenbach and Hanau are practically at your feet. The ostrich farm has a small beer garden and a shop selling excellent ostrich meat, feathers, eggs and all kinds of ostrich accessories.

Hof is a very nice destination for the whole family, and just something very special! From spring to autumn, it's worth stopping by.
