Front building built in 1869. From 1895 owner August Stukenbrok. Rear extension 1909 including wrought iron work (verandas, balconies, garden pavilion) in the Art Nouveau style. Sumptuous interior: stained glass windows, carvings and stucco ceilings. Fencing: 48 ornate stone pillars and wrought-iron grates. 1932-1964 doctor's practice, from 1965 in municipal possession, temporarily classrooms of the Goethe School, 1969-1996 building authority, from 1996 Mendelssohn music school.
