This chapel is located very close to the Lindenhof restaurant and directly on the bike route. In 1847 the Mother of God Chapel, previously made of wood, was built in stone by master bricklayer Singer on the Frauenwiese. In 1934 the 4 linden trees were declared a natural monument. In 1983 the chapel was completely renovated by donations. Processions to the chapel are held every year.
