In 1866 the chapel was built on a hill and dedicated to Saint Mother Anna. A special feature is the peace bell, which is intended to commemorate the fateful years of this border region throughout history.
In 2006 the chapel was completely renovated by the Haselbach Chapel Community. It is also located directly on the "Experience Trail of the Senses" hiking trail as the 8th stop. Every year on July 26th a festival is held in honor of Mother Anna.
