Tough loop on a 40kg touring bike, but super atmospheric. They seem to be building a road on the western half so some bits are very smooth dirt but for a few km at the top it's very muddy and the trucks have made it frequently unrideable. Would definitely recommend if you have the time, it took me 4hrs but would obviously be quicker on an MTB or gravel bike running tubeless.
