Tips
Heavy downhill only possible for mtb or gravelbike. Some sections you will need a hike-a-bike, but it's pretty much worth it.

Pretty technical descent with challenging terrain in combination with steep gradients. Experience is helpful. I think uphill this would be extremely difficult.

Beautiful, but the last 500 meters or so BEFORE the tarmac road are more for downhill/enduro MTBs with full-face helmets. Large stones on loose ground with a 20 - 25% gradient. In this area, these inclines are usually always concrete. If you don't want that, pushing the bike on the grass next door is definitely a good idea. The current photos only show the beautiful part, not the dangerous part.
