The current location of the Würmmühle looks back on a venerable tradition and a long history. A certificate from the Bishop of Freising shows that grain was ground there as early as the 10th century. The miller at the time did not only do the milling service.

Hiking

A document from the Bishop of Freising shows that grain was milled here as early as the 10th century.
From the 14th century onwards, the mill was owned by the Dukes of Bavaria. Since then she has been called Würmmühle, the respective Müller Würmmüller. In the following centuries the mill changed hands several times until it was finally acquired by the Kraus family in 1927.
