The paths are lined with old trees so that you can "dream" your way up through dense avenues. Here and there beautiful places to linger, some with romantic views from lovingly prepared wooden benches. Everything radiates old dignity and a lot of peace. I was seldom so touched. The whole ascent to the Achalm is one of the most beautiful and varied paths I've walked in recent years.
