In 1907, Karl Hartlieb acquired the grain mill and sawmill that had been built in 1898. His son Albin Hartlieb recognized early on the potential in the oil mill, which had previously only been run as a sideline, and set the course for its positive development. With his innovative and progressive thinking, Gerhard Hartlieb set new standards in product quality and marketing. The country's first "seed oil museum", which he opened in 1990, is an important cornerstone of what has been achieved so far.
To adapt all this experience of three generations of Ölmüller to today's requirements of a sustainable and healthy way of working and living and to carry it into a successful future - that is what we strive for today.
