    Hiking

The trail to Square Ledge takes about 30 minutes to reach the summit. About halfway there is a cave that is strangely called "hangover".

The views of Mount Washington and the Presidential Range are stunning from the top of this ledge.

    Running

The Square Ledge overlook area offers awesome views back towards Mount Washington. The trail gains some elevation, but it isn't super steep, and the climb isn't super long.

Short - but steep and rugged - climb up to a very nice view. If you're used to hiking and have a few minutes at Pinkham notch this is a nice spot
