What awaits the visitor in the village of Tewel is a white-fenced area where sculptural works stand sporadically. Above the entrance, the sign "Park for unwanted sculptures" glows. The project by the artist duo Michael Elmgreen (born 1969 in Copenhagen) and Ingar Dragset (born 1961 in Trondheim) was preceded in 2003 by a poster appeal, which the two Scandinavians directed at art institutions throughout Germany: "Are you stuck with a large outdoor sculpture and don't know what to do with it? Call: 05195/933963"
