From Hollerday Hill, you'll have what are likely the most spectacular views of the Valley of Rocks. It used to have a grand old mansion near its summit that was destroyed by fire in 1913.

To enjoy this view, you have to climb up behind the valley of rock. Nasty steep, but definitely worth it!
If you then go further, you come to Lynmouth and can fortify yourself there 😁
