Lake Segrino is a small Lombard pre-Alpine lake of glacial origin, in the province of Como, located between the municipalities of Canzo, Longone al Segrino and Eupilio. It is believed that its name derives from the Latin adaptation of the Celtic toponym segarinos, meaning "stream of respect".
