Chapel built in 1851 on a field road between Beukendreef and Scheldeveldedreef by the De Rudder-Deynoodt family of the nearby Hemelrijk castle, as a thank you for ending the cholera epidemic of 1849.
White-brick chapel on a rectangular plan, under a gable roof (tiles) with a cross crown. Porch with square pillars with Tuscan capital and pediment with topoculus and inscription: "Need seeks comfort - Our Lady of Hemelryk Pray for us". Interior with statue of Our Lady, Saint Joseph and Saint Anthony.
