Hiking

The mill operated as a flour mill until the 1940s. A flood then tore away the weir above, which made it impossible to operate the mill. Since all craftsmen and the miller were called up because of the Second World War, the mill could no longer be repaired.
Please do not enter the mill under any circumstances! Also be careful around the building, there is a lot of stuff lying around.

Hiking

Originally the Schrollmühle was called "Mühle zur Furt bei Weiher", but was later named Schrollmühle after the owner Ambros Schroll (16th century). From 1680 to 1860 the mill was owned by the Öttl family, then by the Bauer family. The mill house with its mill wheel dates from 1850.
