The Isar promenade is easily accessible all year round. On weekends and when the weather is nice, however, it gets a bit cramped because there are many walkers. At the weather house, just before/behind the Isar bridge, there is a charging station for e-bikes. When the weather is nice, the literature café puts out deckchairs where you can relax and look at the Ludwigswehr.
The Isarklause further ahead, in the direction of Mühlensteg, has a raft with parasols in the Isar, on which everything from food to drinks is served. A really nice spot in Landshut 😍
