On the grounds of the "Löhnberger Hütte" there are still remains of the former blast furnace, which dates back to a forest smithy in the 15th century. The red main building, which housed many factory departments from the foundry to the warehouse, is striking. The blast furnace area and other workshop buildings have been partially preserved. They were added on, converted or removed by later owners. Today the industrial area houses several companies. A wood processing company uses a large part of the old but modernized buildings, other buildings are privately owned.
