A farmer from Knickhagen probably destroyed one of the graves while clearing and clearing the land, and found some bronze objects.
A bronze pin has been preserved, the head of which represents a wheel with 4 spokes. The 12 cm long garment pin was part of the costume of a woman who was buried here between the 16th and 13th centuries BC.
This pin is also the signpost for the Knickhagen - Wilhelmshausen Eco Trail.
