They did a half-decent veggie breakfast and average coffee (I'm a coffee snob).
Its worth doing a detour off the official round the island route to see Ryde and the beach. Ryde is a bit like an old seaside town but it has nice beaches and a as a first stop after arriving at Fishbourne really solidifies you're on an island.
