Rockier terrain awaits you at the Pitztaler Jöchl, both on the ascent and the descent. Many passages are secured. If there is (still) snow and you can no longer see any markings, you should be careful here. Be aware that the ground can slip if you move on the scree. We even had a mountain guide with us on this tour.

The best way to get across the permanent snowfields is to sit on the seat of your pants. And when it gets steeper, you still have a fun descent. But be careful, sometimes rocks rise out of the snow and ice.
