In 2012, the Command of Territorial Region 1 made engineers available to rebuild the observation post identically and to develop an educational trail of about 300 meters, including a pedestrian bridge - required by law - made of untreated fir on the Largue stream. But already in 2020, this gateway was showing signs of weakness and was no longer practical.
From August 5 to 14, 2020, the Swiss section of the Swiss KM0 Association was able to benefit from a detachment of engineer troops under the command of Division Chief Yvon Langel to replace the defective bridge.
