All in all, a very nice flow trail that MTB Siegerland set up. Also this year (2019) you get a decent range that is well maintained with a few small changes and innovations.

In addition to the well-signposted driveways (approx. 20 minutes driveway from the start of Café de Sol) and between the individual sections, there are also warnings for beginners to avoid the obstacles.

The Flowtrail can be used with all bikes, whether hardtail, XC, AM fully or an enduro.

However, I cannot recommend purebred downhill bikes there because none of the sections require the use of such a bike.
