The trail networks around the Bois de Bouchet are perfect for running, mountain biking or easy hiking - they run alongside the river and are almost flat. You can make several loops: towards Souces, towards the white desert, or towards Lavancher. Near here is the PGHM helicopter base - great for little ones (and grown-ups!) To watch them land and take off.
