Opening times of the monastery with the Sacro speco (Holy Cave), in which Benedict of Nursia (approx. 480-547 AD) lived for a few years before he invented the first large monastery on Monte Cassino and thus western monasticism.
Opening times (autumn 2020): 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Masses: Mon-Sat 8:00 a.m., Sun 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
