The Hoyoux valley is a very bucolic valley that the RAVeL runs along, taking an old rehabilitated railway line. Old stations or shelters still bear the names of the stops. It is between Modave and Huy that Le Hoyoux acquires the fastest flow of all the rivers in Belgium, hence the mini-waterfalls that you can see.
