The clockwork of the old tower clock in the Catholic parish church in Immenstaad was shut down in November 1982 and replaced by a modern electrical mother clock. Until 2002 the clock was still in the tower, since 2008 it has been running smoothly again on Rathausplatz.

In 1893, the community of Immenstaad ordered this tower clock from the Mannhard Royal Bavarian Court Manufactory. It cost 1820 marks and was a state-of-the-art tower clock at the time. It was installed in the tower of St. Jodukus. Today it stands in a glass pavilion in front of the town hall.
