From here you have an amazing view of the Maas Valley with the towns of Maastricht, Eysden, Tongeren and Liegé.
Highly recommended to park your bike and climb the tower. It is worthwhile because you can not only look at the Maas Valley but also unhindered in all directions. Unless there is poor distance vision.
