Tips
A splendid valley dotted with rocks of various sizes on green meadows, the Annibale meadows are halfway between Cima dell'Omo and Modena's Lago Santo. The Carthaginian leader and politician Hannibal, famous for his victories during the Second Punic War, is said to have camped here with his army around 2,200 years ago.
