The Pink Grotto is the only equipped passage on the stretch of the ridge between Monte Rondinaio and Monte Giovo.
Athletic stretch to be addressed carefully and if possible uphill.
NOTE: in July 2021 I found the aided section completely renovated.

The short equipped section of Grotta Rosa was completely renovated in 2020 with modern anchoring techniques. The rusty, dangling old chain that many still remember no longer exists. For an experienced hiker in good weather conditions the use of the cable is completely useless, but it is an excellent safety, very important in bad weather situations with slippery rocks or wind.
