Tips
The northern border of the park is along the field of the old Berg settlement. This narrow part of the Berg Park, with its flattened plateau, steep slope to the east and rugged and gentler slope to the south, is a terrain shaped by the ice ages but also by alum mining. Geological conditions caused hollows to form in this terrain, which filled with surface and spring water and formed near-natural pools and lakes. Source:
