The church of St. Othmar is a side church of the parish of Walchsing in Kriestorf, a district of the municipality of Aldersbach in the Lower Bavarian district of Passau. The founders of the church were Michael Peer and the brothers Christoph and Hans Goder. Why this church was the only one in the diocese of Passau to be dedicated to St. Othmar of St. Gallen is unknown. The church was built between 1512 and 1515 and consecrated on June 27, 1518.
