The windmill in Westkirchen has been part of the village landscape for almost 200 years. The high, round tower, built from heavy field stones, with huge wings, the compass rose and the beautiful handling, was and is the landmark of Westkirchen. It is a meeting place for the Westkirchen clubs and for the clubs from Ennigerloh and the districts as well as from the neighboring communities.
