📸 08/07/2018 - Nice, comfortable bike path along the Danube Canal - if you want you can continue cycling to Klosterneuburg. Graffiti line the cycle path - and there are very good pictures included - as children we lived in the Treustrasse and the Danube Canal was our playground 😊👍👍👍👍👍

Driving along here is restful. I live nearby and grew up in the district, so I know the Danube Canal since my childhood. He is known to me as long as I can think of as a walk. For a very long time it has been called the same as today: Donaukanal.
 In this area on the shore, there are unfortunately also many graffiti, not all of which are inspiring. I used to like it better. Now there is no free spot left that is not smeared. Now everything is the same again.
The pleasure of cycling, in the past everything was just a promenade, cycling was not allowed there, but it does not detract from the fact that the walls are sprayed. Only the spraymanie should not be so glorified as it is often done. 😉
However, it is beautiful here, and the area is worth coming. Whether by public transport, on foot or by bike does not matter. Welcome! 😊
