Not necessarily recommended for imitation - at least not as a whole, in 5h, with only 0.8l of liquid. Otherwise, a fantastic tour that could be expanded to include some nice places - e.g. the POMS waterfall, not far from the GRILLITSCH hut. For the ascent, I recommend the route via the BÄRENTAL hut - this saves you unnecessary kilometers and meters and you can also take a break there if necessary.
