I've only ridden it anti-clockwise so far @Alf💯😄. But you're right. There are 2 to 3 pieces on the northern side, so it was a bit bumpy and definitely better going clockwise.

Can be driven smoothly in both directions, whether it is nicer/better/easier to drive clockwise or anti-clockwise must be decided by the individual. No matter which way around, the way back after the turning point is slightly uphill. Be careful, the loose foliage covers the trail a bit too far to the left or right and the flow is gone. Typical Eberhardt Trail always along the slope with a few bottlenecks and passages where you pedal
