Tips
One of the most beautiful sections of the route if you want to connect the Ammersee with the Starnberger See on your tour. Beautiful paved dirt road leads uphill, past the field chapel (always good for a break) and then up and down to Haunshofen. The subsequent section then leads on a low-traffic, well-developed road with a view of the Alps to the cross-connection Weilheim / Seeshaupt (St2064).
