Tips
The rest area is located directly on the A2 hiking trail on the southern side of the so-called Thymeberg. So called because there is a larger area with wild thyme there. The view towards the Lippe and towards the Weser Mountains is terrific. In addition to the sunbed, there are also benches with a table. You can rest there with a larger group.
