In Piburg, the "Piburger Mühle" was operated by the Piburger until around 1914. Later the operation was no longer profitable and the mill fell into disrepair.
In 2012 the Piburger Brunnenverein decided to build a fully functional mill with an oven. In spring 2014, after a hundred-year break, work was resumed.
