The Schimmelhüttenweg is a nice connection between Degerloch and Stuttgart city center. The path leads directly through the vineyards and is very picturesque. But because of the paved crossways for rainwater, it is a bit bumpy for cyclists. And if a car might even meet one of the winemakers, the evasion points on the narrow path are scarce.

For wine lovers there is also something to discover here, a particularly steep location in the city of Stuttgart, such as the Degerloch Scharrenberg, which, with its less than four hectares, is one of the smallest vineyards in Germany. So-called wine hikes take place here regularly. The specialty here is of course the “Trollinger”.
