The old telegraph tower was built in 1845.

Old Telegraph Tower built on a small hill with a privileged strategic situation and with great visibility over the surrounding lands. Location that allows it to control the Valais plain and the Cogost pass; as well as the Montmany valley and access to the Bertí cliffs. A single-body building with a square base plan with corner portal, access to the site. The lower part has the shape of a slope, where the 3-story high tower with a flat roof sits. This base has a prismatic chocolate, with a square base of 5'70m side by one meter high. On this plinth rises a wall, in the form of a slope, with an inclination of about 20 cm; the entrance door to the building opens on this wall. The ground floor retains hatch-shaped openings, and a brick cornice that marks the height of this floor. On the cornice climbs another prism of two interior floors with window and loopholes on the first floor and windows on the floor above. These two bodies follow a rectangular structure. Above was the roof, the railing of which rose above another simple brick cornice. The roof was supported by beams; in some of the remaining fragments you can see signs of fire; and the inside of the tower was plastered. The southeast corner of it is partially covered.
