You can stop for a coffee in St Feliu de Codines before starting the route to the gorge.

There is the option to make a circular return once you have reached Sant Miquel de Fai, continue on the road (it is in bad conditions but only a few meters).

Almost no cars on this road. On one side you have tall cliffs, on the other a steep fall into a fantastic view. At the end of the "official" road, you will see the monastery a bit below. Depending on rain and season, the waterfall may also be active.

If you feel for some steep ramps, you can continue up the small road. It looks bad at first, but it is only the first few hundred meters with rocks and bad surface. After that, it turns into a narrow but fine road.

Watch out for cars in the corners though. There is not a lot of space.

In the end, the road connects back to the main road, where you can ride back down to the village for a coffee or bocadillo. Its a really nice loop.
