Wólka Zmijowska is a Polish village in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship, a little lost in the woods. In this town is this strange wooden church. It was completely rebuilt in 1896. It is currently abandoned.

The church is surrounded by old trees, it was built in 1895 (according to other sources in 1786, and rebuilt at the end of the 19th century). The church is tripartite, of log construction, boarded in the upper part with a dominant square nave covered with a hipped roof topped with a small dome. Unfortunately, it has been closed since 1947.
